ROSWELL, Ga. -- Roswell Police have made a second arrest in the shooting death of a 30-year-old Alpharetta man at a hotel Friday night.

Mitchel Gibbs, 44, of Atlanta was arrested in College Park Tuesday morning. He has been charged with murder and joins the first suspect, 27-year-old David Spates of Marietta, in the Fulton County Jail. Spates was taken into custody Sunday morning.

Investigators said at about 7:40 p.m., an argument escalated among three men at the Atlanta Hotel at 9995 Old Dogwood Road in Roswell. The victim, Anthony B. Leftenant, was shot several times and killed.

Roswell Police spokesman Zachary Frommer said the murder appears to be drug-related.
