Barrington Hall announces spring cooking classes | Events
ROSWELL, Ga. -- Barrington Hall's popular Tuesday night cooking classes will return this spring.
Each class carries a different theme and is taught by Chef John Wilson.
Classes cost $50 each and include instruction on making a full menu using classic European and international cooking techniques. At the end, participants will get to indulge in their creations.
This year's classes include:
* Jan. 22: Lo Fat Lo Cal
* Feb. 5: Country French
* Feb. 19: California Cooking
* Mar. 5: Growing and Cooking with Fresh Herbs
* Mar. 12: St. Patty's Day Dinner Party
* Mar. 19: Easter Brunch
* Apr. 9: Spring in Italy
* Apr. 23: Couples' Grilling
All classes are held from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
