Rep. Tom Price to address North Fulton Chamber | Events
ROSWELL, Ga. -- U.S. Congressman Tom Price (R-Ga.) will be the keynote speaker at the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce's January Eggs & Enterprise Breakfast.
Price began his Washington career in 2004 as the representative of Georgia's 6th district, which includes eastern Cobb, northern Fulton and northern DeKalb counties.
He also served four terms with the Georgia State Senate, including two as Minority Whip.
Price is known throughout Congress for being the go-to Republican on health care policy, according to North Fulton Chamber president Brandon Beach. He is also a fierce opponent of government waste and always pushes for limited government and lower spending.
Before beginning his political career, Price worked as an orthopedic surgeon. He served as an assistant professor of medicine at Emory University and is the former medical director of the Orthopedic Clinic at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta.
The January Eggs & Enterprise Breakfast will be Tuesday, Jan. 29 at 7:30 a.m. It will be held at the Country Club of Roswell.
