Fulton County Schools spelling bee set for Thursday | Events
EAST POINT, Ga. -- Can you spell C-H-A-M-P-I-O-N?
That's the word of the day for the students preparing for the annual Fulton County Schools spelling bee, which will begin at 5 p.m. Thursday at Mount Olive Elementary School.
The top three spellers in Fulton County, as determined by the outcome of the bee, will progress to the district competition on Feb. 25, sponsored by the Georgia Association of Educators.
Mount Olive Elementary School is located at 3353 Mount Olive Road in East Point.
