Georgia Associated Realty was established exclusively to manage and dispose of REO properties. Since our inception almost two years ago, our firm that started with only 2 agents has sold over $22 million in assets spread over 460+ transactions. All while maintaining a 96% BPO to Sales Price ratio and 93% of all tasks completed early or on time. We have established a reputation for the most accurate BPOs, highest number of offers submitted on average, and the strictest adherence to the policies, guidelines, and procedures required by the client. We employ multiple full time, dedicated field services staff to ensure all properties are secure, accessible, and properly marketed. Each property is inspected on an average of every 4 days and a staff member is never more than 30 minutes from any property at any time for a preservation issue or other type of emergency. As you may have read above, with all the acronyms and jargon it doesn't sound like we have anything to offer a buyer or seller who is not a bank, however that could not be further from the truth. Over the course of several hundred transactions we have run into many agents who cannot effectively represent their client for a multitude of reasons, either they are not familiar with how this REO market works, maybe they cannot effiectively manage their time and workload, or lastly they have a second job during the day in addition to being a real estate agent on the evenings and weekends and as such are not available to their clients during normal business hours. We seek to change all of that by providing you will expertly trained, hard working individuals who have encountered every possible situation, caveat, and pitfall one can run into over the course of buying or selling a home and can quickly illustrate to all parties how it is best resolved. Unlike the big box brokerage firms who send out 30,000 post cards and emails a month attempting to hire any agent who is willing to hang their license under them and then give you a false sense of security by putting their well known logo on the for sale sign or business card next to their name, we pride ourselves on extending an invitation only to agents who we have previously closed a property with and demonstrated a penchant for serving their clients.
